Get Evaluation Logs

Get evaluation job logs from Kubernetes.

Args: evaluation_id: UUID of the evaluation claims: JWT claims with user and team info diamond_domain: Diamond domain orchestrator

Returns: Job logs as dict with “logs” key

Raises: HTTPException: 404 if logs not available
